After having read my previous two articles, What is Health and its History, my dear fellows, let’s get to what I call the Different Types of Health. When we discuss health, it’s normal to hear people talk about their physical health. This is because in the sense that a person is suffering or is not suffering from an disease. But the idea of health is broader and includes other aspects of our lives.
Many experts believe that health is only discussed if the body is operating in the best physical and anatomical conditions. Some say it is a factor or spectrum to determine whether the body is functioning in normal or, at a minimum, acceptable state in a manner that, in this way the concept of health is an element of determination.
There are many definitions of this term however, one of the most effective is the one of the WHO that was released through the Preamble to the Constitution of the World Health Organization, which was adopted during the International Sanitary Conference, held in New York in the year 1946. The definition, which hasn’t modified since that time, states the notion that “health” is “a state of complete health physical, mental as well as psychological.”

The 6 Primary Types of Health
There are generally six kinds of health, which include mental health, physical health, emotional health environmental health, social health and spiritual health.

3. Emotional Health
The term “emotional health” refers to your feelings, which include everything you are. It governs all of your choices as well as your mood and even who you are. Each and every aspect of your life will determine what you are feeling about something. which is what’s going on inside your heart, not inside your head.

5. Environmental Health

Spirituality helps us attain the inner calm and peace that is required to endure whatever the world is bringing, regardless of what one’s beliefs or where they might be in their spiritual journey.
Human spirit can be perhaps the most neglected part of our beings. Like exercising helps to build up the body, our and strong spirit is nurtured through deliberate exercises. The spirit is that part of us that carries us through any circumstance. If we look after our spirits, we will feel an inner tranquility and purpose even when we face with a devastating hit. A strong and positive spirit allows us survive and grow in a graceful manner, even when faced with difficulties.
We must be mindful of our spirits to feel a sense of tranquility and purpose, even when you face challenges in your life. A healthy spirit can help us survive and grow with grace.
Additional 4 Types of Health
In addition to the various types of health that are mentioned in the preceding paragraphs and that are included in the WHO definition There are four different kinds of Health including Family Health, Sexual Health and Reproductive Health, Occupational Health as well as Public Health.
1. Family Health

Reproductive and sexual health refers to the ability to lead an enjoyable sexual life, without the risk of having children and having the choice to choose whether or not. Reproductive rights stem from acceptance of the fundamental rights of couples as well as individuals to independently and responsibly determine how many children to have to be born, the time between births, and the time between them, having the knowledge and means to decide and to obtain the highest quality for sexual health and reproduction.
